Prof. Abhinay Muthoo

Professor Abhinay Muthoo is a professor of Economics at Warwick University. He is also the Dean of Warwick in London and the Co-Director of the Warwick Policy Lab. In addition Muthoo is also the author of the renowned book ‘Bargaining Theory with Applications’. Abhinay has published research papers in many top academic journals including in the Review of Economic Studies, Journal Economic Theory, and The Economic Journal.

Jennifer Mbaluto

Jennifer Mbaluto is a Partner in the London Corporate practice of Clifford Chance. Mbaluto also co-heads the firm’s East Africa Practice and work that encompassess a broad range of cross-border M&A transactions. She also co-heads a cluster of the Africa CEO Forum’s Women in Business Network and is a Trustee on the Board of AMREF Health Africa UK, the UK affiliate of Africa’s leading health charity.

Houssam El Hak Morssi Barakat

Houssam is the CEO of BMCE Bank International. BMCE Bank International is a leading international bank specialising in African investment. Paul Kaba Thieba is the former Prime Minister of Burkina Faso. Mr Thieba also has an extensive background as an economist and working for the West African Central bank, BCEAO, in Ivory Coast.

Sidi is an entrepreneur who founder investME SL (the organizers of the Seedstars world competition freetown, with Seedstars world being the largest competition for startup tech in the world ) where he also serve as the lead strategist.
Sidi is a Youth ambassador in Sierra Leone and is listed at 100 most influential youth in Sierra Leone the Federation of patriotic child advocacy network through the Ministry of Youth and the National youth communion.

Femi Oke

Femi Oke is a British television presenter, senior host and Journalist at Al Jazeera. Based at the CNN Center in Atlanta when CNN's Africa coverage was sparse, she helped devise, launch and develop the network's award-winning African affairs programme "Inside Africa". Femi has been recognised by The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the African Communications Agency with the presentations of the ‘African Achievers Award 2007’. Femi currently hosts ‘The Stream’, an interactive current affairs programme for Al Jazeera English.

Bibi-Bakare Yusuf is co-founder and publishing director of one of Africa’s leading publishing houses, Cassava Republic Press and the co-founder of Tapestry Consulting, a boutique research and training company focused on gender, sexuality and transformational issues in Nigeria. She has won several awards for her disruptive work in publishing, including one by the International Excellence Awards 2018 in conjunction with The Publishers Association in London for Inclusivity in Publishing and the Brittle Papers African Literary Person of the Year.
